Sarah Weiss was immersed in the roofing industry as a young child and grew up watching both her grandparents work in contracting and her father in supply distribution. While attending the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, Sarah emphasized in Distribution Management with the idea that she may enter the family business one day. Upon graduating from college, Sarah spent several years in Sales and Consulting before becoming a founding partner of Elite Roofing Supply in 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, Sarah served as Chief Operating Officer of Elite. During that time, her daily focus was building teams and designing processes that allowed each branch to serve the professional roofing contractor better than any other distributor. Moreover, Sarah was responsible for creating the infrastructure that enabled Elite to operate in 7 states and employ over 350 team members. As Elite grew, Sarah went from overseeing Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, Credit and HR to eventually building out those departments and processes as the company and her role grew. Throughout the years, Sarah’s attention to detail and ability to take a big picture vision and make it reality became integral to Elite’s success in the market.

In 2019, Sarah was named CEO and President of Elite Roofing Supply after 7 years of building the company as a founding partner. She is a results-oriented leader with a vision for doubling the size of the company. Sarah is responsible for creating, planning, implementing and integrating strategic direction into the organization and has a strong track record of delivering results through high-paced performance. She utilizes data and analysis, coupled with insights from her team, to drive to organizational excellence, and is known for having the ability to resolve multiple and complex issues while still motivating staff to go above and beyond to get the job done.
